John is responsible for integrating the visual components of your brand and managing your corporate identity. “Making sure your brand gets found online is what we do!” He enjoys creating logos and designing visual solutions to graphic and website problems that clients’ can’t even see or didn’t know existed. Since opening J Drake Graphic Design (now J Drake Web Design) has been awarded several American Graphic Design Awards by Graphic Design USA for their work on different projects and campaigns. They have also received two Summit Creative Awards for Public Service Campaigns as well as several Hermes Creative Awards. In 2018 and 2019 they also won Indigo Awards for logo designs. Currently John serves as the President on the Board of Directors for AIGA The Professional Association for Design in Richmond, VA. He is also involved in community organizations such as Caritas and The Healing Place, Virginia Supportive Housing and Virginia Voice.
