This is one of those rare instances when you have two legendary figures that come together to solve a problem. The problem is coming up with a logo for Steve Job’s new company Next. Paul Rand is the only designer that was approached about the project, which is a testament to his status and notoriety. The article by Jesus Diaz for Fast Co. Design offers a brief look into both sides of the branding of a new company, which Rand usually never work for.
